Interview
Applied online super easy. Called within 2 days. Phone interview. During the phone interview they decided whether or not to have a 2nd in person interview which I went. Really easy, asked me simple questions and it seemed as they already wanted to hire me. Showed me around the facility. Then went straight to background check and drug testing. Was emailed a few more things to fill out and gave called me with more info on the start date.

Interview
Applied online. 4 days later received an email from recruiter asking to fill out online personality assessment & choose a date/time for a phone interview.
Phone interview consisted of reviewing the job description and pay rate depending on experience and education level. Asked basic questions, then was invited on site for a face to face interview.
On site interview consisted of about a 45 conversation with the recruiter. Went over the same job description and pay rate as on the phone. Talked about scheduling and flex scheduling. Was given a set of 12 flash cards with words on it to describe myself, (1: strength - 12: weakness) then the recruiter picked 1 word from each column and asked a basic "tell me about a time when" interview question. From there, I was asked to meet with the hiring manager on the spot. Had about an hour face to face conversation with her. At the end of the interview had to do a scenario of a frantic customer calling in and how would you handle it.
Both ladies were very friendly. The interview was basically a conversation with a friend.
I was offered position on the spot
