I applied for a financial analyst position with Discover Financial Services. I received a phone call asking to set up an initial phone screen interview with HR. Talked with the recruiter for nearly an hour and was told I will be receiving a call back in regards to setting up another phone interview. Never heard back, sent a couple follow up emails. Still no response. Poor performance in terms of HR recruiting.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Discover (Deerfield, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Participated in a 3 hour interview with senior leaders at Discover on their campus. Very informative interview, professional, and looked like a great place to be. The interviewers spoke very candidly about the role and the company and there was a lot of two way dialogue.
