Interview
My interview process at DoiT was made up of 3 stages and was fairly rapid from start to offer!
My first stage involved a chat with a staff cloud architect, who asked me about my career experience and introduced me to life at DoiT and what this would entail.
My second stage interview was with 2 staff cloud architects and involved a more technical discussion about my specialty, as I was applying for a specialist role at the company, my questions were focused around my specialty specifically for this reason.
Then my final stage interview was with a senior staff cloud architect, where I was asked about my motivations in more detail for joining DoiT and a few questions about where I would best be able to make an impact at the company.
I found my interview process to be very enjoyable and I learned a lot about DoiT as a company along the way.
I was delighted to accept their offer when it was given to me and can highly recommend giving their interview process a try to learn more about what they do as a company!

For the role I applied for (a specialist role), technical questions were mainly focused around my area of expertise - ie how would you optimise the use of your specialty tool set to best meet the needs of your clients?

The Interview Process was very easy and straightforward. It was well communicated and I knew exactly what to expect in each interview. I had total of 3 interviews. The interview process was clearly defined on DoiT-intl.com website.
