DoiT interview questions

Everything was really straight forward: 1. Call with TA team: very informal call to talk about benefits, the comapany's vision, culture and how I fit the role. 2. Interview wth hiring manager, mainly behavioral questions about how I would handle centain situations, how I approach continious learning etc. 3. Interview with 2 team members, really similar to the previous one (but harder ;)) 4. Interview with Senior Manager: this one was mainly about how a person in this role can contibute to the long term vision of the business. In general I think all the questions asked during the process were really relevant and give a picture to understand how working in the company is. Everyone in the process was really nice and open to ask any questions!

The interview process for me last 5 stages, all of which mirrored what DoiT states on their website and in the initial screening call which talent acquisition took me through. Each person in the interview process of kind, helpful and diligent in their approach. My expectations were managed at every stage and there was feedback from both sides throughout the process which was refreshing to experience. One stand out person during the process was Martin, who made the process extremely smooth and dare I say it, enjoyable. Having gone through many interview processes at the same time, at similar companies, this way by far the best.
