DoiT interview questions

The interview process has four stages: 1) Screening from HR team 2) Interview with the hiring manager to talk about yourself, the role and the company. 3) Interview with some colleagues that have similar role as you, the conversation is around the technical knowledge you need for the position, it is deep technical interview. 4) Interview with a senior leader, it is about behavioral questions, and how you react to certain situations. The process is very quick, if everything goes well, you will end up with a offer letter in few days. In my case it took longer as we were during the vacation period in summer and it was challenging to book the agendas.

Very straightforward 4 round interview. My recruiter was amazing throughout and helped me to prepare for the process. DoiT was amazing at handling my current circumstances and working around my schedule. Feedback was thorough and transparent.
