Interview
The interview process was fluid. The first step was with HR to check if your profile fit with the position. Then, if your profile matched, the next step was almost 4 interviews. The first one with the pod leader was. If you passed, the next step was 2 technical interviews with the area leaders, and the final one was a behavioural interview with the territory leader.

he interview process consisted of several conversations with different stakeholders, including the Hiring Manager, CPO, Design Lead, Product Operations, and the Architect. Each interview was conducted in a supportive, respectful, and professional tone.
The questions covered both my past experience and hypothetical product scenarios, which I truly enjoyed brainstorming and discussing.
Overall, it was a great experience — thoughtful, well-organized, and engaging. I was happy to receive an offer and felt confident about joining the team.
