I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (Boston, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
From my very first conversations with the team, it was clear that DoiT values curiosity, innovation, and a genuine commitment to partnering with customers. I’m excited to learn from this incredibly talented group and help enterprises unlock the full potential of the cloud.
The interview process was multi-faceted, designed to assess both technical acumen and cultural fit. I met with key team members across several rounds, where we explored topics such as sales strategy, FinOps, and past achievements. Much of the conversation was situational—focused on real-world selling experiences, day-to-day account management, and how I approach owning a role. Beyond the resume, the team was also deeply interested in personal motivations and how those passions contribute to long-term success at DoiT.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in Apr 2025
Interview
The recruiter was great. There were several interviews but they all helped me better understand the group I would be working with and gave me context for the role. The process moved quickly.
