DoiT Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Four stages in total, with the TAM and various people from engineering, each one hour calls, scheduled over a couple of weeks (though I had some constraints as I was travelling, it might have gone even quicker otherwise). The calls felt very much like a conversation, not an interrogation, which I enjoyed, and the questions always felt relevant to the position. In the end, received an offer that was better than I had originally expected based on the conversations we had, so I was positively surprised and accepted.

The process was fast and with excellent communication in every step. All of the four interviews were enjoyable and interesting, and a true reflection of the company's culture. I had several offers in that period, and I just can say that I am so glad to have chosen this one - after 2 months in the best team I have work with, confirm that the good feeling I got during the interview was not wrong.
