Dunkin' General Manager interview questions

Took about 20 minutes. Routine questions and introduction. Previous employers, and job capabilities. Basically they want you to sell yourselves to them on why they should hire you. And to determine your strengths and weaknesses.

Three interviews and shadowing for four hours. Very lengthy process. Seemed at bit overkill. Waiting on HR and paperwork was painfully slow. There was an initial call with text follow up. First call came in July 27th and my first day of work was September 5th.
