Basic questions on experience and working full time etc. Asked basic questions to see what I would do in certain situations. Overall pretty easy and people were friendly and considerate.

Interview
The interview process is sometimes a bit long but is nice so you know what you are getting into. It starts off with interviews with the HR director and Operations Manager. Formal interview at the company office downtown. After that and all goes well you are asked to do what is called an OJE or On the Job Experience. You work in a store for 8 hours to be shown the basics of the business to see if it is something the candidate wants to do. After that another interview with the District Manager is done after the OJE

Interview
it was two meetings with the partners. each was short and to the point. they painted a picture of what growth was expected. Each meeting was held off site at a restaurant or hotel. Once interviews were complete I was contacted about a week later to fill out paperwork and begin hiring process
