I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
The interview was very straight forward. They typically ask about your customer service experience, situations where you out out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, and what is your availability. If you just relax and be yourself, the you are guaranteed to get a job. It’s a great entry level job.

Question 1
What is your availability and experience in customer service?
I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Kannapolis, NC)
Interview
Easy going a light-hearted. The only thing is that the interviewer was not able to have the paper with the questions ready so she had to remember some off the top of her head. Was fairly quick because of that.

What was a way you handled a difficult customer or situation?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Jenison, MI) in Dec 2020
Interview
Very simple and easygoing, asks you about yourself and to talk about your hobbies and what you can bring to the team. I went into it knowing small facts about the company just in case. Customer service was a big plus for me, be able to talk about what it means to you and how to handle certain situations.
