EPAM Systems PM interview questions

I went through nearly 4 rounds of time consuming interviews , at the third interview the hiring manager literally confirmed to me that they are going to give me the job and I was surprised when they again arranged for a fourth interview. Note that these were nearly hour long discussions . At the end they came back stating they did not have any positions yet and that they will reach out to me once they have an opening. It was very unprofessional! I mean if you don’t have a role done waste candidates time by interviewing and that too hour long sessions for goodness sake !

The interview was not a discussion. I was not allowed to raise my questions. It was like a test of soft technical questions. I was not informed about the role requirements before, the info I got was marching my profile and it turned out to be something different.
