I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Pune) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process took more than 3 weeks.
More than 4 rounds of lengthy recorded interviews.
Every round is of more than 1-hour duration and Panels are never on time.
Interviews were taken on their custom-made video software which keeps on disconnected frequently.
Even one of the interview panel was eating on the video interview call.
After 3 lengthy rounds, HR asked for documents and started the onboarding process.
Then the HR did not come back and on enquiring the HR responded that they are waiting for approvals.
But nothing happened for more than 30 days. Then all of a sudden HR , called and informed me that they are releasing the offer and informed me about the package, designation, and notice period, and asked for 2 more days. But very next day he asked for another optional interview with the project team but the panels of 4 the rounds were not experienced and kept on asking questions that were not mentioned in my resume.
After this round no more information from HR.
I had the worst experience ever with this company.
Unprofessional panels Unprofessional HR and unprofessional company.
There is no standard procedures and bad culture.
Do not waste time by accepting their interview calls.
They have no respect for your time and experience.
