I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Bukit Panjang New Town) in Aug 2021
Interview
I went through nearly 4 rounds of time consuming interviews , at the third interview the hiring manager literally confirmed to me that they are going to give me the job and I was surprised when they again arranged for a fourth interview. Note that these were nearly hour long discussions . At the end they came back stating they did not have any positions yet and that they will reach out to me once they have an opening.
It was very unprofessional! I mean if you don’t have a role done waste candidates time by interviewing and that too hour long sessions for goodness sake !
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your experience with agile methodologies? What tools do your use ? Tell me about CI CD?
I applied online. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview was not a discussion. I was not allowed to raise my questions. It was like a test of soft technical questions. I was not informed about the role requirements before, the info I got was marching my profile and it turned out to be something different.

Question 1
The interview was a questionare. I wanted to ask questions about the job but I was told I can not do it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Nova Deli) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process was smooth. HR kept me well informed. My technical interview (which is basically a techno-managerial discussion in case of project managers) went great. All the questions were around Agile and ITIL. I managed to correctly answer more than 90 percent of the questions asked.
I was more than confident that I would make it through. But I received a call not more than 1 hour later stating I am not selected. I was surprised. One thing I understood from the rejection comments was that 1 question decided my fate and that was DOD (Definition of done). I got a little confused and besides it being an interview from Project Management skill, this became the deciding factor.
I mean I was never asked about the project planning or stakeholder management. Thinking back I am not even sure which skill the interview was for? I wonder if they were looking for a scrum master. Even if they did, how did this question have so much weightage?

Question 1
That 1 question which I got confused about and the interviewer thought I am not competent enough.
What id DOD?
