1. Technical interview - Good 2. Senior Management interview - Was clearly informed that second round would be a Senior Management interview after passing the first Technical round. However without any prior notice or explanation, second round was changed to another Technical interview. This was completely unexpected and unfair to candidates who specifically prepared for Senior Management discussion. Changing interview format without informing candidates beforehand is unacceptable.
