Can you tell us about a time when you assumed a leadership position?
First you have to submit cv and results, this is followed by standard online testing and then a face to face interview with a partner. Overall a good process and notified by email regularly. Good job.

The interview was taking place at my university in between classes. It was very casual and the interviewer was easy going. It was like having a conversation with a friend.
