Interview
It was a walk-in. First we had an aptitude test, and then we had two interviews (HR and Technical). The HR interview went well and then the Managerial interview took place which gave me hope.

You took a break from your career. What was the reason? Was it worth it?
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
