I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (Asia) in Mar 2013
Interview
It was a very swift process. Upon completion of application, I heard back from EY in a couple of days on the phone. The interview was scheduled on the same week. The interview was more of a conversation to seek out a personality fit rather than that of a behaviour based interview. Best advice would be to be yourself. Depending on the position applied, there might be an English written test. The culture at EY has been great, friendly people, fantastic exposure. Overall, the experience was tremendous and it would easily be my prime choice amongst the big 4.
