Campus interview. Met with Senior Associate who described firm, business, best practices, and day to day responsibilities. Asked about work experience, classes taken, and ability to work under pressure. Asked about working weekends and overtime. Also described firm’s place in the market and overall economy.
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
