Interview
Video call interviews. Several rounds and phone calls with team, everyone was friendly. Offer was lower comp than anticipated for the size of the firm, company was also cryptic on remote working post pandemic.
A two stage interview process. The first was with a senior manager and director, then with the second was with a partner. Both interviews were around technical competency and motivations for joining.
Short phone interview, discussing the CV, the job, the work life balance of the position and managerial level. No professional questions were asked, only personal interview - very easy level and not so stressful. The interviewer was a young lady that presented the job and duties.
