I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Mar 2010
Interview
Initial interview went well, recruiter nice and easy to talk to. Asked back for round 2. Began with swanky dinner with "real" employees to answer our questions. Next day was a trip to the office for some presentations, two more actual interviews, and another meal. Very impolite though with notification process. After informing the firm of another deadline I had, instead of informing me in promptly of their decision, I received an automatic response rejection email approx 2 weeks after the deadline I had told them about (lucky for me I accepted a position somewhere else). I feel a phone call was warranted though for how much time I had invested in the process. Just my opinion though.
Comprehensive interview process that rewards quick thinking and creative ideas. You will meet with many different people at different levels who will ask everything from your academic course of study to case interview questions.
