Interview
It was long and challenging but overall completed within a day. I joined through campus placement. Long but i got the final result by EOD and the letter within 2 weeks or so.

Question 1
There was a group discussion, aptitude test, HR interview, manager interview and final director interview. General accounting questions and back ground info. Aptitude was generally alright, focused on laguage and errors
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
