Interview
Straightforward interview process. Combined with a case study to monitor how you work within teams. In addition to this, a grad panel and a scavenger hunt take place. This is followed up by lunch.
There were two interviews back-to-back, similar questions but just asked by two different people from two different departments of finance that I was applying to. It was overall a good experience but felt very competitive.

Question 1
Tell me a time you were in a difficult situation and how did you navigate it?
Online Assessment, three rounds; behavioural/fit round, one technical, one final interview. Knew a recruiter, this role was not published on any website. Behavioural was not like any one that I've had so far.
First round consisted of online assessment including aptitude and a coding question. After the assessment The shortlisted candidates were selected for offline technical and hr round was held at campus.
