15 minutes before the interview you’ll be given an essay question to answer. The interview itself was easy and straightforward. Was asked more on non technical questions to gauge my ease of conversing on common topics and also how my personality might fit in with the culture. The HR was also accommodating and efficient

Interview
One of the worst companies to interview for. I completed the written round and it took the company more than a month to get back. No updates in between.
The interview was scheduled and rescheduled couple of times after that.
On the day of the interview the panel joined. One of the worst that I have seen till date. One couldn't frame questions properly but kept on interrupting while I was answering. The other hardly had any questions.
After two days the HR got back saying the feedback was mixed and they want to offer a lower band with a lower salary.
