EY Software Developer interview questions

I had a disappointing experience during my interview for a Java Developer position. The interviewers did not introduce themselves, which immediately made the process feel impersonal. Additionally, they kept their cameras off, yet insisted that I turn mine on and even share my full screen, which felt invasive and unbalanced.It was evident that the interviewers had not reviewed my application or resume beforehand, as they seemed unaware of my skillset and the role I had applied for. This lack of preparation and respect from their side reflected poorly on the company’s professionalism. Overall, the interview felt disorganized and disrespectful, which made me question whether this is the kind of work environment I would want to be a part of.
