first, they will give you a call and the replies will be recorded with continuous questions they will contact you once you pass the interview and after that the hr will take you on to next round

The first interview was with a HR person who didn't know much about IT. She asked me what my experiences were but then didn't understand them. This made it a less than smooth interview. She also couldn't answer most of my questions.
