The hiring process was very easy and regular as done by most of the software companies. There were three stages. 1. Aptitide test taken by AMCAT coordinators 2. Group Discussion 3. Technical Interview 4. HR Interview GD Round: Topic - What is the impact on Z generation because of the social media? Technical Interview: I had a panel which consisted of two ladies. Both of the panelists were from IT background. HR Interview: I had a panel of two men.

Technical Round- 1. What is implicit and explicit sorting? 2. What are the various routing algorithms used these days? 3. What was your final year project about, explain. 4. What do you mean by linked lists and queue, WAP to show how they perform in a particular problem? HR Round- 1. Why shall we hire you? 2. Will you be able to do the night shift?

It had 3 rounds A basic round of computer language expertise which was a test Second round was a GD where they tested our team building skills Personal Interview had basic personal questions like tell me about yourself? are you ready to move to Bangalore? Third was a debate where the topic was is it okay to hit a children to get them on right path or advice them. pros and cons.
