EY Sr Associate interview questions

Lengthy. Two rounds of interviews with a manager and senior manager and then team director. After that it went silent for about a whole month. They called back after that (HR) and said they needed me to start as soon as possible due to project requirements. Recruiter was clearly not interested in making the interview/candidate experience pleasant.

Got interviewed and shortlisted.Easy interview.one technical and one manager round. They have confirmed once that I was selected.No response from the company after wards.Its been 4 weeks now and they have not even acknowledged the email.
