Recruitment Process: You will need to pass each step to proceed to the following step. *Step 1: 30-minute recruiter screen via Zoom (a conversational discussion covering your experience, foundational skills, and overall fit for the role) Step 2 - Hiring Manager Interview (60-minutes): Introduction, culture and team fit, analytical and critical thinking, collaboration, and delivering impactful insights. Step 3 - Panel 1 – Technical Interview (60-minutes): SQL & data extraction (including Python), Analytical & statistical fundamentals, Applied problem-solving, Dashboarding tools & data modelling) Step 4 - Panel 2 – Stakeholder Interview (60-minutes): Domain & product fit, understanding stakeholder needs, collaboration & communication, managing ambiguity, prioritization, & expectations.
