I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Jan 2019
Interview
This was one of the worst experiences in my career. I applied via EA’s website and after 3 weeks a recruitment person at EA responded with a word doc of questions. I filled it out and sent it back. No word for two weeks. So I followed up. No word for another week. Finally I emailed and asked for an update so I could figure out whether this was still a viable option. The recruitment person apologized and said they were doing an internal head count with budget and could not commit to anything at this point as to whether I could still be in the running for the job. She told me to let her know if anything changed. I found another job, emailed her a couple weeks later and let her know to remove my name from her options and never heard one word back. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional, I will never work at EA and will tell everyone I know the exact same thing. Ridiculous.

Describe a project process and how you worked within it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Aug 2017
Interview
Overall, the process was not very organized. One of the interviewers didn't prepare the questions to ask, so the interview was very rough. Recruiter eventually never replied the interview result.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2018
Interview
Phone call with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, 4 hour intensive interview on-site with 8 different members of the team. Was very impressed that they provided breakfast, and a full tour of the office. It would be nice to learn more about benefits at EA (the gym is great and all, but what about health etc?)
