I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts
Interview
It is a very casual process. It involves 3 interviews in total. 2 of them belong to "soft" interview, i.e. typical HR questions (they reason for 2 as my job responsibility spans between 2 groups). One of them is technical interview - only basic Java questions. However, the job description I get explicitly says they need good C++ people, never mention a thing about Java.

Question 1
All of them are basic Java questions - mostly JCP like questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Redwood City, CA) in May 2010
Interview
15 levels of interview, mostly on past achievements, challenges, and how I had handled them. Responsibilities handled. I felt that my manager was trying to get a consensus built.
