I've had one complete interview in english which helped me and the company to get a strong link. The training was also very detailed and the amount of information that I received helped me a lot with the future insides of my actual job. The people who took my interview, as the training ones, were very specific with all the pros and cons of the job and company and they convinced me at all that I have made one very good decision for choosing this job aplication. I was very happy in the end that they hired me and I can actually put my shoulder to the developement of the company, no matter the amount of my contributing tasks are.

I believe that there was no question that blocked my way into the arms of the company.

Interview
First Step in the interview process was a technical assessment. Interviewer presented a theoretical scenario that occurred in the current product and them asked me to identify how I would go about assigning a team to solve the problem. Seemed like he was looking for my ability to troubleshoot and then assign people on the team based on their skills. Then, this was followed by a group interview that focused more on project management and assignment questions. This part was particularly challenging as the group was taking a more hostile approach, especially in terms of demeanor and explaining that the average working hours are not 40 but 50 hours. All in all, the process was ok, but I think there was too much emphasis on the fact that the position required a substantial amount of extra time per week. My analysis of the work environment: high pressure, but I knew that going in, but the pressure applied during the interview prevented me from asking about the importance of work-life balance.

Interview
I answered an ad in the newspaper, by mailing my resume. I recieved a phone call, a sort of preliminary interview...to discuss the job and the pay. The actual interview was in a group setting, it was actually quite entertaining. EA is not a difficult company to get on with if you are beta testing or handling quality assurance, however they only hire through a staffing agency and only offer one year contracts.
