I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Köln) in Mar 2023
Interview
The first interview round was with the HR Recruiter, it was around 30 minutes and we talked about the position, an introduction about me, work terms.. etc
Mr. Alberto, the HR recruiter, was my primary point of contact, he was very friendly and responsive, he was even reachable outside the normal work hours.
Second interview was with the team that I am going to work with, questions were high-level and non-technical, we talked about the projects, the role in more details and my current experiences.
Next round was the technical interview, in the topics of data management, web design, and work ethics, and ended with a JavaScript coding challenge. The challenge was fun and not hard to solve.
The last interview was with the team manager and a senior software engineer. It's an extra interview for the short-listed candidates, and was mostly behavioral questions, to know about how my current work routine looks like, how would I behave in specific scenarios (eg. there's something you want to improve but the deadline is near).
Each interview lasted about an hour (except for the first one), the interviewers made me feel comfortable, and I felt like talking to my colleagues, as we shared a high level of consensus.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of two interviews, one one-hour and a thirty-minute interview. Both were technical and personal, however, the questions were not too tough, just general data structures and algorithms.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Astana) in Mar 2019
Interview
They called me, I answered them. Then they asked me some questions about my life. It was funny and I liked it. Then we had some technical problems and we stopped talking. After that they forgot to call me.
