I was originally contacted via email, and highly encouraged to apply for the position. You have to fill out this long application online, and then you are sent over to take an intelligence/personality survey which isn't too bad. They then let you know if you've advanced to the next round of phone interviews. They like extroverts and over-achievers. Because I am neither of these, I wouldn't have fit well in the company.

After sending in the application I was contacted to fill out a personality test, then was called for a phone interview which was basically a resume walkthrough. This was followed by a skills assessment and I am now waiting to see if I get called back

How often do you take a leadership role when working with a group?
Phone calls; in-office visit (including plane/hotel); tests on-site as I was being interviewed for two positions at the time. Full day of interviewing, some people had forms to populate, others more casual, was taken to lunch in the cafeteria including a brief tour of the campus.
