I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2012
Interview
My interview process started with filling outan application online, in addition to submitting my resume and a cover letter. I also had two referrals to supplement this. I was contacted via email and asked to take the Rembrandt profile, some type of online personality/intelligence test. After I completed this profile it was about another week before my phone interview was scheduled. I scheduled my time and had the phone interview about two weeks before hearing the "bad news." I was well prepared for the phone interview until I got the call and could hardly understand what they were saying on the other end. They had the phone on speaker which is entirely fine except I needed every question repeated to me, very disappointing in my opinion. Whatsoever, I got an email about a week and a half later saying they appreciated my accomplishments but decided to go in a "different direction." their loss

Interview
First, there was a phone interview as many people said and no technical questions. Just check the background. GPA? GRE SCORE? How many hours programming per week? Such like that, then asked what projects have done before.... it seems he did not like his job... after phone interview, hr asked me take the skills assessment. It conflicted with my schedule, so I had cancelled it. If your GPA > 3.0 , you will get a skills test interview I think.
