The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2012
Interview
The phone interview was very easy. They just asked about things on my resume and wanted to make sure I had done research about the company. Later that week they offered to fly me out to Madison to interview in person. I went out to eat with a staff member of the company as well as other people interviewing for various positions. It was fun and gave good insight. They payed for everything. The next day we went on a tour of the building and got our schedule for the interviews. There was a case interview where they had you read a scenario and make observations and give examples on how you would improve said situation. There was also an information session where someone in the position you were applying for talked more about the job. I also had to do a presentation. It wasn't nerve racking at all the people are genuinely interested in what you have to say. Then there was a 1 on 1 interview with the HR person assigned to you. Overall it was pretty chill but a long day. I had realized during the information session with a person from the position that the job wasn't something I would enjoy, so I'm sure that came across when interviewing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They looked through my references and asked what a particular person would say my biggest weakness is, so that was a little different than the normal just tell me your strenghts and weaknesses question.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in May 2012
Interview
I applied online on the Epic Systems website for the positions of Learning Coordinator and Word Artist. I was contacted 2 days later by HR and asked to take the Rembrandt assessment and a personality test. Several days later, HR contacted me again and invited me for an onsite interview.
The following week, I went to the Epic campus for my interview. The day started at 9:00 am. with a tour of the campus (wow!), a software demo/presentation, and a one-on-one interview with a person from HR/recruiter. The interview lasted approximately 20 minutes and my resume and references were reviewed and discussed. I was asked why I left my last job and was asked to state "things that I am not."
After the interview I was escorted to the test center and took a GRE type test on paper (easy) and programing exam on the computer (has nothing to do with the position I applied for).
It took me a month to hear back from HR. I assumed that I wasn't going to be offered a position after waiting so long to hear back from them. Instead of offering me one of the positions that I applied or telling me that they are moving on with other candidates, Epic invited me back for an additional onsite interview (for a Trainer position). This time, I am to prepare a 20 minute presentation on any topic I choose.
Technically, I am still in the interview process.

Question 1
List/state "things that you are not" (in the workplace)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2009
Interview
First round was a telephone interview, which is definitely not technical. They just ask about your experience and interest and few questions from your resume.
Second was a programming assessment where you need to write program or algorithm for a given problem statement. It was total of 5 problems.
Once cleared, then flew to Madison and had a one to one technical interview followed by a aptitude test and finally the HR interview.
