Epic interview questions

Multiple online assessments followed by a series of interviews with current support staff. Final discussion with a recruiter. Mostly easy questions about how you would handle certain scenarios. Extremely long process overall though. Makes you think they don't trust their own process.

Phone interview, aptitude quiz, and on-site interviews in Madison. The technical quiz is pretty easy, and the on site interviews consisted of a case study, a behavioral interview, and a presentation of your choosing.
