Interview
Very straight forward but mildly verbose. You take a skills assessment along with a role introduction and then take the final interview if offered one. The final itself is fairly long but will not be bad at all.
An interview for a Software Engineer (SWE) role at Epic Healthcare typically involves problem-solving challenges, coding tests, and system design discussions. You'll encounter questions assessing algorithmic skills, debugging, and knowledge of data structures. Expect behavioral questions about teamwork, communication, and adapting to fast-paced, high-impact projects.

Question 1
Technical Question: "Can you write a function to check if a string is a palindrome?"
Behavioral Question: "Describe a time you worked under tight deadlines. How did you handle it?"
