I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Aug 2011
Interview
The company was quick to contact me through email. They were in nearly constant connection via email. They were really great about scheduling quickly, as I needed to have an answer before my return date to my other job. For this company, being as transparent and casual as possible is a plus. The environment is laid back and comfortable. They seem to realize that employee happiness leads to higher productivity.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jul 2011
Interview
I got through the phone interview and was invited for the final round interview at the campus. I got the chance to meet people in the role and had two 1:1 interviews which were some basic work scenarios and fit questions. I'll hear back in 2 weeks. They do stress that they are looking for young smart problem solvers. There's not much preparation for it either you fit or you dont.
