The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Jun 2011
Interview
I initially submitted my application through Epic's website. A few day after I completed the application, I was asked to take the Rembrandt Personality test within 24 hours of the email. I took the test the same day and received an email a few days after that explaining they did not want to continue reviewing my application.
I requested more information as to what went wrong, but never received a response back. If I received constructive feedback, I would have been able to determine where I need to make improvements.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Jul 2011
Interview
I originally got an email to apply for the Technical Sales position. After this, I got a call that they were also considering me for the position of Implementation Consultant, and that I would be set with a phone interview. I had the phone interview and they moved on with other candidates with the Technical Sales position. After this, I moved on and was flown to Madison, Wisconsin. During my stay in Madison, I went to dinner with an employee and some other prospective candidates, got a campus tour, software presentation, skills test, presentation, and finally interview.
