The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2010
Interview
Phone interview, skills assessment test, and then on site interviews at their campus in Verona, Wi. The phone interview wasn't challenging, they just verify if the information you've sent them is correct. The skills assessment test gauges your speed and efficiency (try to get it done in 1-2 hours). On site interviews vary depending on the position.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2010
Interview
Starting with an on-campus interview, then a 2 hour skills test with math, verbal, and "programming" sections, then after a long wait, an on-site interview consisting of a case interview, 10 minute presentation, and a 1:1 interview--received an offer after 4 days. Employees varied, the person I interviewed with for the case interview was pleasant and seemed happy, but our lunch employee was pretty tight-lipped.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2009
Interview
The interview process was straight forward and well executed. After a short phone interview and personality test, I took some written assessments. After those were scored, I was invited on site to an interview, which lasted an entire day. They tell you everything you need to know so just pay attention and plan accordingly. Even if I didn't get an offer, I would still have considered the interview a positive experience because you get better at interviewing every time you do one.
