The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2010
Interview
I submitted my resume on their careers website. A few days later, I got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very laid back, he asked a few standard questions. He did ask about my GPA and standardized test scores, as well as my experiences with other jobs.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2010
Interview
I received a request for a phone interview the day after I applied for the position. Before the phone interview, I took a online personality exam (Rembrandt Portrait). Not difficult and can be somewhat easy to manipulate. About two days afterwards, I was called by a very monotone and uninterested person, apparently a software developer, and asked a series of questions I already answered on my application. A few days later I began email correspondence with the HR devision about booking my flight, hotel accommodations, if I would like a guided tour and paid dinner with an employee. I will be leaving in a couple days for an onsite interview. My research as held me to believe Epic is a casual company that caters to newly graduated college student (Me). So I am looking forward to the interview. Relocation will be required.
