I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2026
Interview
Initial application - resume & cover letter
Assessments - 4+ hours, personality assessment, coding assessment, logic assessment
Initial meeting about the role - 30 mins
Actual interview - 4+ hours; Software demo for 1 hr, Role descriptions for 2 hrs, Group scenario for 1 hr, Individual presentation 15 mins, Individual interview 30-45mins
You get a phone call interview, then take this 2-3 hour long test, and complete a Remembrandt profile. They had really weird questions on it, some of the "math" questions felt more like brainteasers with play on words.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me why I want to work at Epic, asked me to go in depth about one of the projects on my resume (asked what are some successes and challenges you ran into, what future features or extensions I would like to add to the project), and where do I see myself in the future (5 years from now)
Had initial call which was all about why are you interested? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? and just about knowing you which lasted around 30 mins and then they told about how they work and what they work about
