The process was incredibly lengthy. My interview day went on for about 3 and a half hours. We started with an overview of Epic in general, then broke out into sessions with people specific to the role(s) you may qualify for. I was in for project management, but they also sorted me into TSE interviews as well. After that, we had a presentation to give that was 10 minutes long. Finally, I had a more traditional interview segment with 1-on-1 questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
There were several online exams and then an intro interview and then a 4-hour long interview with several members including a case interview, a presentation, and a behavioral interview. The process was relatively fast, I heard back about my application within 2 weeks and a couple days after each stage.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2025
Interview
There was an initial screening process and a Sphinx exam, which I believed was pretty difficult. You are called for the final interview after completing the Sphinx. Unfortunately, I did not get to the final interview stage but felt it could be due to my timing and inaccuracy.
