Epic Project Manager interview questions

They fly you up for an overnight trip with an interview starting the next day. You meet with a few current employees and interviewees the night before and then get ready for a full day of conversations and activities

Lengthly with many sections but interesting process overall, interviewers were very nice and showed genuine interest in candidates. Some sections were challenging in terms of problem solving/thinking on your feet but that is a large part of the job so good they include it as part of the process.
