Pretty straightforward. They asked me the questions that someone already listed. Aptitude test is taken first. Part of the interview is them presenting you with information and you presenting a topic you’re interested in
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2023
Interview
First a recruiter will give you a phone call. This is unscheduled so be on the lookout for numbers from Madison. If they approve you to move along in the process, you have to complete three assessments. They test your math and comprehension skills. One of the sections was coding a fake programming language. I have no experience in coding- all it tested is your ability to retain and recall information. If they pass you along to the next stage, you get a final round interview. They talk about the company, then send you into sessions with people in the role(s) you are applying for. Depending on the position, you may have to do a case study. You work as a team with other applicants to solve a problem you might encounter in the position. You also have to give a ten minute presentation on anything you want to employees of the company. Be prepared- they will ask you questions! Finally you have a "typical" interview with a recruiter. The questions were very ordinary for an interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2023
Interview
Multiple rounds and very long assessment in which the proctor did not even show up. Process was very vague with more review of company surveys than other information regarding employment.
