I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
The interview process is fairly straight forward. You take a test similar to SAT/ACT. As technology companies progress to this type of funneling for potential candidates, they may loose many qualified candidates but gain solid test takers.
This entailed a multi step process including a personality assessment, phone call, and multi hour testing to get through the first round. There was unclear communication after this round was done as to next steps.

I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2022
Interview
The hiring process starts with a phone interview, assessment, and then another interview. I'll be discussing the one thing that all people get scared of because of all what's written online about how hard is the skill assessment and so on. It is actually not hard rather feels like solving riddles and u have to think of it in a straight forward way, don't overthink it, it's really just a "claimed" smart question. I'll be putting examples down below.
