I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in May 2023
Interview
Interview process was interesting and refreshing. They put you initially with a Project Manager to get a feel of your understanding. Very standard questions on the screening. The only thing I didn't like was that you would have to relocate to Madison, WI in the initial year however they have the jobs posted all over my state in multiple cities which was misleading, after telling that I saw the posts updated that you would have to relocate to Madison, WI so they're quick on fixing things which I appreciated.

Interview
Way too long and drawn out, first pre screen round then another in depth conversation and then final zoom panel. It was oddly structured and no one was on the same page

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was a lengthy process but a fun one. It concluded with a presentation on any topic of your choosing. I chose Dungeons and Dragons, a topic i could easily talk about for the 10 minute duration. It was a very calm and fun enviornment with followup questions that I felt prepared to answer by their relevancy to the topic I was presenting
