The first step of the interview was just a 20 minute phone call with someone in the position you are applying for. This is then followed by a proctored exam with various sections covering different topics. If you pass the exam you move onto the final interview. This is composed of learning about positions, the company, doing a live case study, and giving a 10 minute presentation.

Question 1
What were your roles in your previous work experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2022
Interview
Completely unorganized. The total process took 5 hours and seemed organized at first but felt chaotic. The first person responsible for giving the company's overview presentation was 35 minutes late and was unprofessional. The next section was an overview of the position I was applying for. Each section had 5-8 applicants in a Zoom together. The final HR interview part only lasted 15 minutes, and they could not answer my questions.

Question 1
I had to prepare a presentation on something I was knowledgeable about without using PowerPoint or any other presentation tools.
The interview began with an information session, followed by a rather rigorous set of tests. Those who passed the tests were invited to a round of virtual interviews, which included a presentation of your choosing and some group scenarios. After that, there was a conversation about specific details and an offer.
