3 steps: Easy initial application, then a timed skills assessment (this was pretty intense) testing math skills, logic skills, reading etc., Rembrandt Profile, then a phone call with a current employee. Overall was interesting; I enjoyed it because I learned a lot about myself and enjoy tests.
